• wifi network: pink pineapple / password: pinkwifi
• white fan and black space heater available in the prop room.
• There's two doors at this studio, front and back. Entry is through the backdoor using the keypad.
• There's additional fees for leaving the studio a mess, dirty, or disorderly. Fees occur for any broken or damaged props or furniture, floor, equipment - any studio damage. PUT ALL PROPS BACK EXACTLY where you got them from to avoid a studio reset fee of $50 - including in the prop area!
>>> don't trash the studio >>> please treat it as you would your own home. including no shoes on bed or furniture.
• We do not allow: smoking of any kind, vaping, tobacco products, candles, flames, (no smoking or vaping within 25 feet of the studio entrance) food, drinks, coffees. NO GLITTER!, body oil, body glitter, no guns, firearms or weapons of any kind. Pets allowed with pet fee only. max 3 pets in studio at a time.
Photographers/renters: You may enter 5 minutes earlier (MAX) than your start time, to prep. *Your clients must wait to enter the studio until photographer is present.
• Going over your scheduled time / or entering the studio early / will result in being charged a fee of $3 per minute of overage time - time you are still inside the studio. YOU MUST TEXT FIRST before staying late to see if time is available: 817-676-5764. Late charges will automatically be charged to card on file. (Card on file required.)
**Bathroom and dressing room area are behind the barn door. PLEASE: take dirty diapers with you. Do not leave them in the studio anywhere. Thank you for your help with this.
• We're in the only 2 story building, next to Midcities Montessori
• big white building with tree out front (see pics below)
• we have all white sheer curtains covering the windows
(we are currently without a sign) (we are NOT the studio that says "portrait studio" - we are next door) make sure clients know this!!!
LEAVING THE STUDIO:
Make sure you have all your belongings! Turn off all lights, bluetooth speaker, etc. Once you get outside and close the front door, on the keypad press the lock icon (bottom right) and wait for blue check mark. It's locked and you are all set!

LIGHTING:
** in case of cloudy, overcast, or rainy conditions, plan for an alternate lighting strategy using another source instead of (or in addition to) natural (sun) light. Bringing your own lighting equip/ or flash to bounce is strongly advised. We also have a constant light - but cannot guarantee it's functionality on the date of your rental - and overhead lights you may use.** and of course OPEN the CURTAINS! for more natural light. *the constant light is a free, but not guaranteed amenity and non-functionality of the light is not grounds for a refund or discount.*

*failure to access your email, read and follow all studio instructions is at the peril of the renter. Studio owners are not responsible for non-reading on the part of the renter. i.e., failure to read the studio entry code, leading to inability to enter the studio at the designated start time. This responsibility falls to the renter.
